A repeatable factory controlled process allows for tight management & cost control.
The factory environment is not affected by weather or the daily transport of materials and labour onto and away from site.
The light weight construction results in reduced foundation works. This is further economised by the use of our purpose designed ground anchor system which does not require any excavation or concrete works.
adaptability
A steel frame allows for the stacking of pods which can be configured in multiple arrangements, added to and taken away from.
The steel frame ensures the integrity of the pod during transportation allowing for placement, removal and replacement.
This means your home no longer needs to be attached to a particular site.
